Tamara Green and Sarah Grossman are certified nutritionists and the founders of the Living Kitchen. They offer online health empowerment coaching programs for clients worldwide. They are recipe and content creators for Food Network Canada among other digital brands. They love cooking for people and educating them on how what they eat impacts their entire lives. Sarah and Tamara's 2nd cookbook is called Good Food Good Mood, 100 Nourishing Recipes to Support Mind and Body Wellness. They teach readers how the foods they eat contribute to their mood and mental health. They are also the authors of the award winning cookbook The Living Kitchen: Nourishing Whole-Food Recipes for Cancer Treatment and Recovery.
