Rick Largesse has spent over twenty years building a career in law enforcement, and is the owner of SSV Concepts. With his passion for teaching and his extensive experience in multiple roles from patrol to investigations to SWAT and more, Rick has years of knowledge he shares. He joins me in this weeks discussion and we definitely touch on a lot of different subjects. From discussing the great opportunities that internships provide in the realm of prospective young officers, to the budgetary constraints that most agencies have to struggle through today. As the head of training at his department, in addition to his efforts with SSV, Rick has unique opportunities to learn and experience the trends in both LE and Civilian communities and be able to adapt his teaching and philosophies to keep up with the demands of both officers and citizens.
