176. Ryan Franklin - The Lonely Leader

Today we are joined on the show by Ryan Franklin! He is an Assistant Pastor at The Pentecostals of Alexandria, having served on staff at POA for nearly 20 years. Ryan is a certified Executive Coach and has a Master of Arts in Christian Ministries with a focus in Pastoral Counseling. He is also the author of The Christian Leader Blueprint and the Salvation Made Simple Bible study.

We had a great conversation about his life and ministry. He talked about his passion for leadership and why helping leaders became a focus of his ministry. We discussed some leadership ‘red flags’, the importance of community, and much more.
