Tune in here to this Monday edition of Breaking With Brett Jensen!
Breaking Brett Jensen kicks off the show by talking about the standoff at a local Circle K in South Park where a man was threatening to kill himself. Jensen reports that there were around 16 SWAT team members on the ground and a few more SWAT snipers surrounding the building. After roughly three hours, the SWAT team was able to move into the Circle K and detain the individual with no shots fired, ending the standoff with no serious injuries.
Later Brett teases that his girlfriend may be attending the upcoming WBT News and Brews event which will be the first time he has ever brought a significant other to one of these events and potentially end the ongoing joke of him being the only single guy at WBT.
Brett wraps the show up by sharing the news that Governor Roy Cooper has announced that he will bow out of the "race" to be Kamala Harris' running mate.
