Doing the impossible
“Start by doing what's necessary; then do what's possible; and suddenly you are doing the impossible.” - Francis of Assisi
How often do we sabotage ourselves by allowing ourselves to become overwhelmed by the scale and scope of the problems we face?
Sometimes the destination seems so hopelessly far away from us, that we never take the first step.
It’s been said that we should begin with the goal in mind. There’s value in that. But sometimes it’s more important to focus all of our attention on moving in the right direction.
We must focus our attention on consistently following good processes, and trust the outcomes take care of themselves.
Let’s start by doing the things we can do. Eventually we will find that we are doing things we never imagined we could.
I’m Horace McMillon. This is 60 Seconds of Hope. Peace be with you.
