Just Keep Scrolling

I’ve discovered that some of the principles for healthy social media use, are also sound spiritual principles as well. 

The social media companies build their businesses around keeping us engaged. Whatever we react and respond to is what they’re going to serve us more of. 

Whatever seed we plant, is what we are going to harvest. If we want more peace in our lives, we have to stop engaging in toxic and negative behavior with toxic and negative people.  “Bad company corrupts good character.” (Apostle Paul quoting a Greek poet in 1 Corinthians 15)

We don’t have to attend every argument we are invited to. Turn your other cheek and move on. Shake the dust off your feet and move on. When Jesus wasn’t received in his home town, he kept it moving.

Just keep scrolling and move on. Eventually toxic will stop showing in your feed and in your life.
