Ep. 48 Lee McLean, Canadian Horsewoman, Author, and Sidesaddle Aficionado is Live. I feel like the content we've been producing on the Adult Onset Horsemanship Podcast has been something to be proud of. That being said, I think this is a pretty special episode that sets a new bar. You really need to listen to this one.
Lee has written two books, Horsewoman: Notes on Living Well and Riding Better, and Love & Rules: Life Lessons Learned with Horses. She's been an active horsewoman since she was a small child and has studied many disciplines extensively, including dressage and competing in many events while riding sidesaddle. Beyond all of that experience, she's also a stroke survivor and very candidly explores what it's like to age gracefully and deal with physical limitations and changes as you continue to grow on your journey as a horseman.
Her online presence is through her business name, Keystone Equine where she's amassed quite a following of people anxiously awaiting the next article she's written offering her insights and unique perspective. This really is a great episode and I'll be following Lee McLean from now on too.
