How the Browns are using their new weight room to gain an edge

The Browns showed off their brand new weight room to the media on Monday and it lived up to the hype. It is one of those areas where they are seeking an edge over their opponents on the field and in free agency.

Mary Kay Cabot, Ashley Bastock and Dan Labbe talked about what they saw on Monday's Orange and Brown Talk podcast, but first they discussed the injury to defensive end Za’Darius Smith which, for now, is a minor scare. They talk about the importance of Smith and how the rest of the defensive line is shaking out.

Then they get into why the weight room matters and how the Browns are spending their way into having an edge in training, recovery and technology.
