After years of having gut issues and experiencing severe weight loss, Leigh discovered she was gluten intolerant. Listen in as Leigh talks about her journey of going gluten-free. During the pandemic, Leigh and her husband adopted the nomad lifestyle. Leigh talks about what motivated them to be nomads and the steps they took to actualize their goals.
Leigh has been a nomad for one and half years, and she shares with us why it’s essential to research and plan ahead. Albeit having a few challenges adjusting to the nomad lifestyle, Leigh talks about some setbacks they have experienced and how they went around them. Leigh discusses the apps they use to find places to park and create a sense of community with other nomads.

Leigh shares their kitchen design and the kitchen equipment they use. Leigh also talks about the steps they take to find gluten-free restaurants whenever they have to eat out.
