Coral Barajas is a mother of four adorable children and co-founder of Allergy Reality - the educational gaming app for food allergies and Celiac disease. Her journey began when she found out that her daughter Chanelle had Celiac disease. Since her diagnosis, she has started her personal journey to help others live gluten-free and process the rollercoaster emotions we go through when our life is turned upside down by this disease.
