This week in my kitchen, I am joined by Sarah Carolides, an incredible nutritionist and the Head of Nutrition at Zooki, a brand specialising in high-quality supplements designed for quick and efficient absorption by the body.
In this episode, I wanted to discuss with Sarah why we need supplements when our grandparents didn't, why it's challenging to get all nutrients from food alone, and how to choose the right supplements and trustworthy brands.
With so much information out there about vitamins, collagen, fish oils, and magnesium, it can become confusing and overwhelming. So, I decided it was time to break it down into manageable pieces and understand what we truly need and why.
