Working through the thoughts and habits that are getting in the way
There's this page from a book I've kept on my fridge for the last three years. It's a bulleted list that's titled, "thoughts and habits not conductive to the work" and I think of "the work" as my life. Whenever I see this list it feels like a personal attack list staring back at me.
