SAGA ...a sci-fi epic of heart (also, horns & wings V. robots)

Some (Raman) have called SAGA “How I Met Your Mother in space"

But SAGA is actually one of the best current books on the stands (on hiatus) - has won LOTS of awards, and has ACTUALLY been described as Star Wars meets Game of Thrones meets Romeo & Juliet.

SAGA is the story of a husband and wife, Alana and Marko, from embittered and long-warring planets, on the run from the law of both sides of a galactic war - which they no longer want a part of. When the series begins, they have just given birth to their daughter Hazel who often narrates the entire series from the future as an unseen adult. SAGA features robot royalty, rocket ship trees, future science, ancient magic, talking animals, bounty hunters, violence, comedy, and lots and lots of graphic…love.

The creators have often described the story as so crazy that they hope it’s never adapted out of the medium. This episode covers all NINE current volumes of the series - as the book is on indefinite hiatus, leaving us all in waiting for the final half.
