Blissful Breathing for Children and Teenagers

Claire's porridge bread recipe:
1 large tub of natural yogurt (500g)
1 beaten egg
Porridge Oats (360g)
4 tbsp milk
2 tsp of bread soda (bicarbonate of soda)
1 cup of mixed nuts or seeds
Mix all the ingredients together into a doughy texture. Pour into lined tin and bake for 30 minutes at 180, then lower to 130 for a further 30 mins.
You can also do a savoury version with sun dried tomatoes and cheese.
