Dr. Alex Ehlert (X: @AlexMEhlert, IG: @alexehlert_phd) a.k.a. as ‘the Golf Physiologist’ is a PhD in Applied Sport Science, Researcher and data analyst. His research has shown the effects of a multitude of different fitness and nutrition practices and how they work to improve sports and/or occupational performance. His current focus is on applying marker less motion capture to fitness and spots performance contexts, and the development of applications and software’s to make these capabilities easily accessible to users. He regularly shares some of the results of his research on his social media outlets and is great at taking detailed research and turning it into useable information any golfer can benefit from.
