~ Introduction to Yoga Nidra & Beyond ~
We are not immune from getting into uncomfortable or difficult situations and when we do, what happens? Do we re-act, diving back into repeated patterns? or do we respond from a place of grounded self awareness? Well, unfortunately, due to external factors, we can be programmed to live out a life that does not align with our deepest desires. Yoga Nidra, yogic sleep, allows us to slow down and strengthen our ability to observe our awareness. From there, we can begin to rewrite our programming in a way that is beneficial to our health, wellbeing and sense of self, offering an array of benefits which are transformative to our inner and outer world.
My passion for Yoga Nidra stems from the radical shift I have personally experienced from the practice. It is my heart felt desire to create a welcoming and accessible space for all to experience their own healing power. Yoga Nidra & Beyond will also include teachings that dive into the depths of our human conditioning and my wish is by sharing these insights, they serve as a reminder that you most certainly do have access to your limitless potential.
