In this episode of The Australian Investors Podcast I chat with Adam Bronts, director of business development at Castlerock. Castlerock is a funds management business specialising in property, in particular office properties that are leased to government tenants.

Castlerock has just completed the purchase of a new property in Ipswich and is conducting a capital raising, which provided an opportunity for me to talk to Adam. We cover a lot of new ground for investors, but especially those investors who are interested in understanding how properties are valued and what professionals look for in large scale deals.
