What is the connection between how in control you feel and how much stress & anxiety you experience?
My hypothesis is that the less control we feel we’re in, our stress & anxiety can tend to increase.
One of my Brazilian Jiu Jitsu training partners, Vince, challenged me to try different moves because I might be too much in a comfort zone based on the few moves I do.
I felt the control slipping from my grasp, as I knew he was right.
