Patrick Mahomes connected with Mecole Hardman for the GW TD to cement the team's 3rd Super Bowl title in the last four years.

The Cleveland Browns are still looking for their first modern era Super Bowl appearance, and to reach that stage, will have to find out a way to become the Chiefs kryptonite.
