CLEVELAND BROWNS VS LA RAMS INSTANT REACTION: Joe Flacco impressions, defensive issues & more chaos

It's Joe Flacco time for the Cleveland Browns, and it started with a bang.

Flacco go the start today against the LA Rams and his opening drive was masterful. Flacco connected with Amari Cooper over the middle for a big 3rd down conversion, and then found Jerome Ford on a wheel route all alone for an easy score. It was the 6th opening drive TD the Rams have allowed this season.

After that, the Browns offense stalled, with four straight punts. However, the key for Flacco was to not the turn the ball over, and in the first 30 minutes, he didn't do it.

Defensively, Matt Stafford found Puka Nacua on a beautiful pass for another long TD score. Stafford thread the needle between TakiTaki and a backup DB. 

Other than that big play, the Browns did a good job slowing down the Rams offense. Kyren Williams was a non-factor for the most part after going off the last month.

However, Myles Garrett was limited in the first half as he recovers from a shoulder injury he suffered against Denver. 

At the half, the Rams led the Browns 13-10.
