[include file=get-in-itunes.html]Daniel Vitalis from Surthrival.com joined us to talk about the noble element of air.
If you think an interview about air would be boring, think again. If there's one guy who can make even the most mundane topics come to life, it's Mr. Daniel Vitalis. Daniel brought up some really interesting points about air during this third interview.
Even though we didn't go as long as we normally do (sometimes we go well over the hour mark) we still covered lots of interesting information regarding air. If I'm not mistaken lung cancer is one of the main cancers people die from and this is related to the air we breathe.
Also Dr. Doris Rapp said once on our show that...
If you don't get an air filter for your house, your lungs become a filter!
Imagine running a good air purifier or filter for 3 or 4 days straight in a dusty room and then cleaning off that filter filled with dust and other particles full of chemicals? Well if you don't have a filter that's exactly what you're forcing your lungs to do on a daily basis.
It was on my notes to ask Daniel about some good detoxification strategies for the lungs.
In this interview Daniel talks about so many interesting things in regards to rewilding our air. Right now I have a little cough or tickle in my throat that happens from time to time. After this show I'm thinking it might be because the air I'm breathing isn't as clean as it should be.
Or I've often wondered why I get sleepy in certain places. The place that comes to mind first off is the car. When air is dead and there are no positive ions in it (like there would be at the beach, ocean or forest) there's no electrical energy in the air. It's that electrical energy that helps to disperse energy from the earth to us.
Considering that lung cancer is on the rise and the air inside our homes is more toxic than anything outside, it's important to start thinking of strategies for bringing those negative ions into our homes and diminishing the off gassing of chemicals like plastics, paints and glues.
These things make our air so toxic.
Another good point Mr. Vitalis brought up and it was a good reminder, is that out of the 3 other elements (earth, fire, water) air is the one we can do without for the least amount of time.
You can only hold your breath for a few minutes before brain damage occurs. These are subtle clues as to the importance of the need for air. It's sort of like your liver. The liver is the only organ that can regrow itself. God is telling us, "Hey this organ is important. So make sure to take care of it!"
Same thing is going on with air. It's so important that we can only go without it for a few minutes. We can do without other elements for a number of days.
So in any event I hope you enjoy this show with Daniel Vitalis as much as we did having him on. It was such a great honor to have him back to share is knowledge with our audience.
So take his advice near the end of the show and invest in a high quality air purifier, some air filters and some plants for your office and home.
In later years, your lungs will thank you...
