(25:10) - Question 1- What’s a good factor for setting new goals in the gym? Like if I am squatting 90 lbs let’s say, by the end of the year, or 6 months - what should I progress to? Would love to see if you guys already talked about this!

My family and friends don’t workout, but I want to have a gym partner to workout with. How do you approach people in the gym to become friends and possibly workout together? I don’t mind talking to people I don’t know but I also don’t want to bother them at the gym. Any advice would be great thanks 😊
