Ethernity Networks Ltd (AIM:ENET, OTCQB:ENETF) vice president of marketing and business development, Ilan Tevet, talked with Proactive's Stephen Gunnion about the company’s latest milestones.
The company has secured a $200,000 deal with a leading American broadband systems provider. Under the contract, Ethernity Networks will enhance the customer’s product, maintaining its competitive edge in the market. Tevet shared details of their longstanding relationship with the US customer, which dates back to 2018, highlighting the deployment of thousands of remote 10Gb PON OLTs featuring Ethernity’s data processing semiconductor technology.
The enhancements are set to roll out in the second half of 2024, providing significant value to the customer through a new FPGA code firmware upgrade. This upgrade is expected to drive increased sales and additional revenues for Ethernity Networks in the coming years.
Additionally, Tevet revealed that Ethernity Networks' Link Bonding Solution has been shortlisted for the prestigious 'Outstanding Fixed Wireless Access Solution Award' at the upcoming Network X show in Paris. This innovative solution aggregates diverse connections into a reliable data transport pipeline, offering high-capacity broadband connectivity, particularly in underserved areas.
