effrey Epstein's townhouse in Manhattan, located at 9 East 71st Street, was purchased by Michael D. Daffey, a former Goldman Sachs executive. He bought the property in March 2021 for $51 million. The townhouse is one of the largest private residences in Manhattan and was notorious as the location where Epstein allegedly carried out some of his criminal activities. The proceeds from the sale were directed towards the Epstein Victims’ Compensation Program.
