Shifting Your Lens: Unlocking the Power of Perception

For example, if you want to improve your health, you can use a simple “I am” statement like, “I am healthy and I make healthy decisions.” By repeatedly choosing healthy options, you begin to lock this new perception into place, transforming your thoughts and actions into habits.
Discipline plays a crucial role in this transformation. Once you establish discipline in one area of your life, it becomes easier to apply it to others—be it health, finances, relationships, or anything else.
