Halifax professor says Pharmacare Act falls short

The Pharmacare Act was passed by the House of Commons in June, and the original goal was to create a universal pharmacare program to improve drug access for all Canadians. A researcher from Dalhousie University says the way it's currently written, it does not define a universal pharmacare in the same way that our universal healthcare is enshrined in law.
