When we lean into our feminine energy a little more in our motherhood, nutrition, hormone balance journey it really helps us to shift out of the restriction mindset, the perfectionist mindset and to be more in tune with what our bodies are telling us and WHY.
Physically the pituitary gland in the brain runs the show when it comes to stress and how your body responds to stress, and it speaks directly to the adrenals and the ovaries. These hormone systems are speaking to each other, and if your body is not getting signals of safety, it directly affects the way your body makes and detoxes hormones because it will prioritze keeping you safe.
