From kingdoms vieng for power hundreds of years ago to the Battle of Okinawa in 1945 during world war 2, the entire island seems to be infested with lost spirits of former wars. From the haunted caves, to abandoned hotels built on sacred land, to Air Force Bases and former battlefields, many locals avoid the haunted shores because of the spirits that linger.
