Universities of Wisconsin President Jay Rothman - The Funding Proposal

Universities of Wisconsin Board of Regents are meeting today to review a proposal for nearly a billion dollars in extra funding for the UW systems and other branch campuses. Universities of Wisconsin President Jay Rothman joins the program to detail what sort of programs would be supported with this extra funding. There’s been closings in the past of satellite campuses and programs – Rothman touts that the extra investment into the Universities of Wisconsin would benefit the entire state. So after the proposal goes through the regents, what’s next?
