Heidelcast: The Comfort of the Covenant (1)—Who Was Caspar Olevianus?
In this episode Dr Clark kicks off the new series, "The Comfort of the Covenant." This series will show us the value of having a good covenant theology in order to help us understand the history of redemption correctly and well. And, more particularly, to help understand the gospel and how the gospel relates to the covenant of grace.
Dr. Clark begins the series by introducing Casper Olevianus (1536-1587), a German Reformer and author of, "A Firm Foundation: An Aid to Interpreting the Heidelberg Catechism," in which comfort is a major theme.
