Surveillance video from inside and outside a Miami Home Depot store shows registered sex offender Kevin Hurley, 60, allegedly speaking with a 10-year-old girl who was with her mom. When the alleged victim went out to the parking lot, Hurley reportedly followed behind them with his car.
