Rural health care; Dropped charges against misidentified man
Minnesota State University, Mankato announced a five-year agreement with Blue Cross and Blue Shield to open The Rural Behavioral Health Clinic this year. Rural patients living in greater Minnesota often encounter barriers to receiving services including having to travel great distances to see mental and behavioral health care providers.
And the Hennepin County Attorney's Office today dismissed charges against a man accused of attacking residents of a north Minneapolis homeless shelter after police misidentified the suspect.
