Greg from Texas kicked things off with an incredible story about a life-saving encounter. While he was a Navy fighter pilot, Greg experienced a G-lock (a blackout caused by extreme G-forces). With a mountain fast approaching and his body unable to move, he heard a voice instructing him to pull the controls just in time to avoid disaster. Greg wondered...was that his guardian angel? 🛩️ Fr. Michael confirmed that it's totally consistent with how angels work. They're literally out here helping us avoid danger and reminding us that God's got our back, even in extreme situations like Greg’s!
Then Reina from Iowa called in with a super practical question that you might have wondered: Can we send our guardian angels to help others, like her son stationed overseas? Father assured her that yes, we can absolutely ask our angels to assist others in need. No, doing so won't leave us vulnerable. Don't worry! 😅 Angels aren’t confined by physical space, so they're capable of helping our loved ones and sticking by us at the same time. That's what you call extreme multitasking! 👐✨
So, in case you’re wondering; yes, your guardian angel is always ready to protect you and even lend a helping wing to those you care about. 😇🙏
As Patrick and Fr. Hurley reminded us, angels are here for you, so let’s not forget to call on them in our daily lives!
