Again, Coach Kim demonstrates and explains drills that show immediate results on ball spin. When a fastpitch softball pitcher can see the spin of the ball, whether it be right or wrong, then that pitcher can adjust or continue to pitch and improve her skill,  Coach Kim then admits that she does not like the screw ball. with the screw ball the motions do force improper mechanics and balance.
