This week I bring you the fourth, and final part of India Chiles cinic on slapping from Softball Con.The Fastpitch TV Show is sponsored by http://SoftballJunk.com. You can see more Episodes at our website http://Fastpitch.TV.
http://SoftballJunk.com is a great resource to find the perfect fastpitch softball bat just for you!
In this 4th and final part of India Chiles' clinic she shares some of the college situations she was in and how she handled them and walked through her decision making process.
India explains that a slapper must not start her strides until the pitcher releases the ball When the pitcher releases the ball then the slapper will be able to read the pitch better so that the timing will be on point to what ever that pitch may be.
For India she only utilizes the dead part of the bat for bunting. Doing this will cause the ball to travel less and hopefully give you enough time to get to the bag before being thrown out,
