Award-winning actor Barry Bostwick returns to talk about starring in FDR: American Badass, a slapstick comedy scheduled for DVD release this month. Bostwick may be best-known as the clueless mayor on Spin City or as Susan Sarandon’s naïve boyfriend in The Rocky Horror Picture Show. However, he’s a triple-threat entertainer -- singer, dancer, actor -- who created the role of Danny Zuko in Grease on Broadway, won a Tony for his work in The Robber Bridegroom and a Golden Globe for his performance in War and Remembrance.
In FDR: American Badass, Bostwick portrays the 32nd U.S. President as a werewolf killer who rides around in a “wheelchair of death” while stopping werewolves carrying the polio virus. According to movie fans who’ve already seen this film, Bostwick is absolutely hilarious!
During the last part of this episode, dance innovator Christopher Scott is also expected to call in.
