Our primary energies everyday must focus on us being with and being shaped by Jesus. This Sunday, we will look at our next chapter in the book Emotionally Healthy Spirituality, "Discover the Rhythms of the Daily Office and Sabbath." In it, we will propose a new life style, which if adopted, could slow us down and change our lives forever!
