We tend to associate old age with limited physical capabilities and a deteriorating mind. But what we often do not realize is that age brings intelligence, experience, wisdom and beauty. While we sometimes see aging as a limitation, it can also bring us perspective and understanding. If we make the most of our experiences we can look back as we age and feel a sense of fulfillment that can only come with time and maturity. With this mindset we will start to see the aging process as a necessary step towards living our lives full out.
