We caught up with some of the cast of Handel's Radamisto, our summer opera, directed by John Ramster and conducted by Chad Matthias Kelly.
Cast members Margo Arsane and Anna Sideris, who share the role of Polissena in our double-cast opera, joined us to discuss everything from the differences between this first version of Radamisto and the more well known later version and the benefits of having a double cast, to singing in Italian after having experienced Russian and Middle English this year and the freedom of singing a baroque opera.
Radamisto runs in the Milton Court Theatre from 5-12 June. Tickets are available from the Barbican Box Office (www.barbican.org.uk/theatre/event-detail.asp?ID=21263).
