What do all those long words on the ingredient list really mean? How much of them are we actually consuming? Are they bad for us? Are "natural" additives better for you?
Topics include: sweeteners,(Aspartame, sucralose, acesulfam, stevia), colours, flavour enhancers (MSG) and preservatives (sulfites and nitrites).
