033: Filmmaking, Activism and the ARULA Short Film Festival with inide Filmmaker Noel Orput.

Noel Orput is an actor, writer, producer, director and an activist who teaches artists who want to create their own content.  He has written and directed eight short films, a Pilot, three web series, and a feature film which will soon be on Amazon.  All of these projects were self-produced. He is also one of the creative producers of ARULA  (Artists Rise up Los Angeles) SHORT FILM FESTIVAL which focuses on FILMS THAT EXPLORE POLITICAL AND/OR SOCIAL ISSUES.
