The Horror Junkies are back and this week we decided to discuss the weird occurrence of Sleep Paralysis. A sleep disorder that affects 3 million people in the United States alone. Patrick and Angel both suffer from this sleep disorder and later in the show tell their own personal stories; from hearing voices in the dark to literally seeing shadow figures in their room. Patrick gives us the latest updates in the Horror world and we discuss some awesome trailers that were released during the week. One of the most noteworthy trailer is the debut of "American Horror Story: Cult", which gave us a look into the world of the cult surrounding Twisty the Clown from Freakshow. We also took a look at "The Basement" directed and written by Brian M. Conley and Nathan Ives. 'The Basement' looks like it's going to be bloodbath and we cannot wait to watch it on the big screen. Getting to the main topic of the show, Patrick talks about a few accounts of his Sleep Paralysis, including one time in Ohio, when he saw a young girl in the middle of the road. Angel brings up some pretty weird stories about his Mom and Dad, while also talking about his own encounters with the sleep disorder. Mike has never experienced Sleep Paralysis, but has seen shadow figures in his room and hallways. Make sure to check out all the awesome creepy podcast on the Phantom Podcast Network and make sure to head over to Downright Creepy for all your Horror News. As always leave us a review and help us grow our show, so more people can listen to us ramble about things we don't understand, but most importantly.... STAY WEIRD!
