Jon serves as co-founder and Managing Partner of the Flourishing Leadership Institute, where it's his job to use the power of strategically designed questions to facilitate rapid, strengths-based, whole system transformation for organizations and communities.

Jon also serves on the Board for the Front Row Foundation, is my partner with the Dads Retreat and Speaker Trainer Experience, part-time host of the Achieve Your Goals podcast with Hal Elrod, and co-founder of the Best Year Ever Blueprint.
