If you find it hard to stay on track week after week with your homeschool science plans, you are not alone - being consistent takes some work on our parts.
In this episode of the Tips for Homeschool Science Show, Paige is going to share with you four steps to help you stay on track week after week in science!
**The Highlights**
Science may not be your favorite subject to teach. The thought of experiments may make you cringe, but I think that we can all agree that it is important to share the wonders of science with our students.
If you consistently make time for science, you will reach your goals.
Here are my steps to help you develop consistency:
1. Make it a priority - First things first, you need to decide that science is a priority in your homeschool.
2. Get the right teaching materials - Next, you need to have materials that make you excited to teach science.
3. Be prepared - Then, you need to make sure that you have everything you need to teach science before the week begins.
4. Check off those boxes - Each week make sure that you have done a bit of science.
Consistency doesn't mean that you are chained to an inflexible plan. Rather it means that you incorporate science in some form every week.
