On this week's episode of the Horror Junkies Podcast, Mike and Pat talk about this years Halloween Horror Nights event. This years event had four main houses based off mainstream horror movies and four original houses. The four feature houses are The Shining, SAW, American Horror Story: Volume 2, Horrors of Blumhouse, and Ash VS. Evil Dead. The other four original houses were Dead Waters, The Fallen, The Hive, and Scarecrow: The Reaping.
Another part of Halloween Horror Nights is when the streets of Universal Studios Florida theme park come alive with hordes of horrifying mutants, monsters and maniacs. This year we have to make our way through five nightmarish scare zones where gory and grotesque creatures lurk around every turn. This year we have The Purge, Trick R' Treat, Festival of the Deadliest, Invasion and Altars of Horror.
We discussed the good and the bad from each house from originality, execution, and scare factor. Your just going to have to listen to find out what we thought of this years Halloween Horror Nights.
