In the new Reel Politik, strap on your seatbelts as Tom and Jack take you on a long, rambling (politically rambling) dissection of Ken Loach’s 1983 documentary The Red and the Blue, which documents and contrasts the Labour and Conservative Party conferences of October 1982 (not 1983, as Tom originally says, although that was when the film aired.) It was recorded in two sessions, due to issues of competence in the first recording.
