Steelers 19 at Chiefs 13
C'mon... you're unhappy because this isn't the +30 points per game team that we thought we had back in August?
We just beat the #1 and only undefeated team in the NFL in their house!
This contest was replete with superstar performances and splash plays that made it as fun to watch as it was stressful. AB's one-handed grab of a pass that ricocheted off of Phillip Gaines' helmet will be a top 10 highlight the entire season. It also meant that the Chief would need more than a field goal's worth of deficit.
And Tod Hayley fed the beast. Le'Veon ate all 32 carries on his way to 179 yards. As he exclaimed after the game "I LOVE THIS PLACE", we do too.
Keith Butler's squad was also prepared as they punished Kansas City by robbing them of 21 yards of production in the first half. It was a suffocating performance. And let us not forget Silverback. James Harrison terrorized Eric Fisher, gaining three tackles and executing a crucial sack at the end of the 4th quarter.
I think I'll grab an IPA and watch the game again...
