Vestibular exercises are very finite movements or practices in stillness that help the brain re-establish balance pathways and 'templates'. Every person requires different exercises depending on which pathways are damaged or inactive. We create specific vestibular exercises for each person to help gently rebuild balance without over-stimulating the system. Generic exercises can be less efficient or ineffective.
