The Chicago Bears' offense was stagnant in their Week 15 loss to the Detroit Lions. The issues on that side of the ball go deeper than just a lack of talent though. Their running game isn't being schemed for success, and rookie quarterback Mitchell Trubisky is still being held back by the play-calling. Meanwhile, the Bears' defense struggled with a lack of play-making, but they still held up their side of the deal.
