We're joined on this episode by legendary funk musician Bootsy Collins and his wife Patty, who is the head of the Bootsy Collins Foundation. Jerry, the panel and Bootsy discuss shared history and Bootys's album "World Wide Funk."

But before that, Megan and Jene beg Jerry to run for governor of Indiana, maybe Florida, possibly Illinois? No such luck. 

Then Jerry takes a look back at 2017, a strange year for our country. He says Steve Bannon and takedown of the American government was largely successful - for now. He also notices that the Republican Party is unrecognizable, as Evangelicals justify Trump and fiscal conservatives justify a trillion dollar increase to the debt.
